boom boom
So, I shot a handgun for the first time today. It was very interesting + fun. It's a very empowering experience that really made me respect firearms much more than I had previous.
I think I did pretty well for my first time (see inset) with the glock 19 (9mm), but I don't think it's my gun of choice. I think I would want something higher caliber. I also shot a H&K 9mm, a S&M M&P .40, and a Colt 1911 .45. All in all the Colt .45 was the most fun to shoot. I was also the most accurate with it. Very fun!
Other than the shooting itself it was fun, jenn screamed the first time she shot, shader got in trouble for shooting too fast, and we learned never to go to a shooting range in long beach. Horray!
